How To Read
- Currency and rate sensitivity differ by market. U.S. REITs look to Treasury yields, S-REITs also reflect Singapore's exchange-rate policy framework, and Hong Kong REITs are closely tied to USD rates through the HKD linked exchange-rate system.
- China C-REITs are infrastructure REITs and are not directly comparable with traditional private real estate REITs.
- Mexico FIBRAs are REIT-like local trust structures. New Zealand uses listed property securities rather than a standard REIT universe.
