ジェネラティブ不動産の建築プランについては、現在、Zweicoin Wallet　ツバイコイン・ウォレット内で、Zweicoin（ZWC）での権利取得が可能です。こちらのジェネラティブアパートは、建物価格 38,962,640円のプランとなっており、見た目は2次元のパースをビジュアルにしたいわゆるNFTのイメージですが、機能としては、耐震診断シミュレーションが可能な、３Dモデルの使用権トークンとなります。
